Tables shall be finished with a powder coated frames and leg assemblies or chrome plated leg assemblies.
TABLE AND BENCH TOPS
Choose one of the core material and edge protection choices.
PARTICLE BOARD
5/8” thick, Min 45# industrial grade particle board as standard.
PLYWOOD
3/4” thick, premium grade plywood with multiple plies for strength and durability as an option.
MDF
3/4” thick, min 45# industrial grade medium density fiberboard as an option.
VINYL T-MOLDING
All cores listed above shall be permanently bonded with high pressure plastic laminate and balanced with a phenolic backing sheet to prevent moisture penetration. Tops are edged with heavy duty vinyl T-molding and fastened around the perimeter with staples.
DYNA-ROCK EDGE
All cores listed above shall be permanently bonded with high pressure plastic laminate and balanced with a high pressure plastic backing sheet to prevent moisture penetration. Top edges shall be sealed and protected with a 100% solid polyurethane resin sprayed and permanently bonded to the edges of the plastic laminate, core and plastic backing sheet.
FRAMES
Table tops shall be supported by two heavy duty 14 ga., 3” wide formed channel steel frames. Table tops with more than 1 3/4” overhang without support and table steel frames with holes more than 1/2” diameter shall not be allowed.
BENCH TOPS
Shall be supported by a heavy duty 14 ga., 2 3/4 wide formed channel steel frame, reinforced with metal gussets for extra strength
LEGS
All table legs shall be constructed of a heavy duty 14 ga. x 1 1/4” and 1 1/16” round steel tubing. All the caster mounting tubes are of 14 ga. x 1 1/4” square steel tubing for extra strength and support.
CENTER LEG
Shall be constructed of double tube (tube within tube), with a gas cylinder stabilizer and torsion bar balanced mechanism for easier operation.
OPERATIONAL ADVANTAGE
- Torsion bar balanced system throughout and gas cylinder stabilizer for easier use and storage operations.
- EZ free multiple entrances for seating entering the table from the ends, or in the center, in the middle between the benches.
- A gravity lock, rod and detent locking mechanism shall lock the table firmly open and closed positions and shall be capable of operating the table from either side.
EZ-AUTOLOCK
Each table shall be furnished with a user friendly EZ-Auto locking system capable of locking the table automatically for the storage position and shall be easier to open for use by hand from either side of the table.
CLEANING POSITION
Intermediate locking position allows for easy cleaning by simply raising the center of the table slightly until the casters contact the floor and lock the table.
CASTERS
Caster shall be 4” dia by 1 3/8” wide, heavy duty solid poly, nonmarking wheels with a minimum rated load capacity of 275# each. All caster shall come standard with double raceway ball bearing swivel casters to help ensure years of safe operation.

Tables shall be tested and listed by UL and must display UL labels with a valid listing marks.
WARRANTY
AmTab warrants products purchased hereunder to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of fi fteen (15) years from the date of shipment. This warranty shall not apply in the event products are damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper application, modifi cation or repair by persons not authorized by AmTab, where products are damaged during shipment, or where the date stamps on the products has been defaced, modified or removed. UNLESS CONSIDERED UNENFORCEABLE OR UNLAWFUL UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
a. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
b. PURCHASER’S REMEDY, IF ANY, FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO A REFUND, REPLACEMENT OR ADJUSTMENT BY AMTAB OF THE PRODUCTS AT AMTAB’S OPTION, AND SHALL IN NO EVENT INCLUDE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE.
