PARTICLE BOARDS
5/8” thick, Min 45# industrial grade particle board as standard.

3/4” thick, premium grade plywood with multiple plies for strength and durability as an option.

3/4” thick, min 45# industrial grade medium density fiberboard as an option.
VINYL T-MOLDING
All cores listed above shall be permanently bonded with high pressure plastic laminate and balanced with a phenolic backing sheet to prevent moisture penetration. Tops are edged with heavy duty vinyl T-molding and fastened around the perimeter with staples.
DYNA-ROCK EDGE™
All cores listed above shall be permanently bonded with high pressure plastic laminate and balanced with a high pressure plastic laminate backing sheet to prevent moisture penetration. Top edges shall be sealed and protected with a 100% solid polyurethane resin sprayed and permanently bonded to the edges of the plastic laminate, core and plastic backing sheet.
FRAMES
Table top shall be supported by heavy duty 14 Ga., 3” wide formed channel steel frame reinforced with metal gussets for extra strength and maximize table top support.
LEGS
Table legs shall be constructed of a heavy duty 14 Ga. X 1 1/4” square steel tubing. Standard benches shall be supported by three legs, or four legs as an option, 1 1/4” square, 14 Ga. steel tubing that extend to the floor and are capped with extra wide custom made internal spring grip glides that provides wider floor support.
OPERATIONAL ADVANTAGE:
- Table shall convert from a bench position with backrest to a bench with table top by rotating the table top/backrest into the desired position.
- The table top/backrest shall automatically lock at both ends of the table when used as a table/bench unit.
- Tables shall have built in design to prevent fingers from being pinched when folding the bench against the table top.
- Tables shall be fully assembled before shipping for ready to use.
CASTERS
Casters are 3” diameter by 1” wide heavy duty hard rubber, non-marking wheels. All casters come standard with heavy duty double raceway ball bearing, two swivel casters and two locking brake casters to help ensure years of safe operation.
UL
Tables shall be tested and listed by UL and must display UL labels with a valid listing marks.
WARRANTY
AmTab warrants products purchased hereunder to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of fi fteen (15) years from the date of shipment. This warranty shall not apply in the event products are damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper application, modifi cation or repair by persons not authorized by AmTab, where products are damaged during shipment, or where the date stamps on the products has been defaced, modified or removed. UNLESS CONSIDERED UNENFORCEABLE OR UNLAWFUL UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
a. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
b. PURCHASER’S REMEDY, IF ANY, FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO A REFUND, REPLACEMENT OR ADJUSTMENT BY AMTAB OF THE PRODUCTS AT AMTAB’S OPTION, AND SHALL IN NO EVENT INCLUDE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE.
